Bloom is a government funded dynamic vocational training and accreditation organisation specialising in the selection, training, support and placement of young hand-picked apprentices into progressive sales and lettings agencies across the country.
Bloom sources, interviews and then refers the candidates on to the agents where they are interviewed as any job seeker would be. Once an agent has interviewed and “chosen” their apprentice/s the young person is offered a place on the course.
There are NO RECRUITMENT FEES to pay to us as our costs are covered by the funding we receive. Your obligation is to employ the apprentice at a rate of £2.50ph and to work with the apprentice so that practical experience is given in line with the training schedules.
Each cohort runs for 26 weeks where the apprentices spend time in one of the Bloom academies (currently London, Birmingham & Manchester) where they are trained in the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property or Residential Letting & Property Management (subject to the course). During their time in the sponsoring agent’s office they gain practical experience and are assessed for a Level 3 Diploma in Property Sales or Lettings.
This is a fantastic way of introducing the negotiator/managers of tomorrow into the industry today and is being well received by the industry.
