My client is the largest independent Estate Agency in Europe and they require a Telesales and Services Operator for their Colchester branch. This role involves a combination of warm and cold sales leads.
The ideal candidate will be driven and ambitious, be an excellent communicator, customer service orientated and have the ability to work to deadlines and meet targets. They will also need to have previous estate agency or telesales experience and have attained GCSE Maths and English to Grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications.
