Candidates should ideally be experienced within Lettings or Property Management but my client will consider well organised and confident individuals from other industries. The successful applicant will have a confident attitude and approach and be capable of resolving occasional disputes between landlords and tenants. Strong I.T skills are also required. The ideal candidate will possess their own vehicle and have a clean UK driving license.
