£18000 - £22000 OTE £40000 Car or Allowance
Multi office network require a Lettings Manager for their Sutton office. This position holds great potential for an ambitious Lettings Manager or Senior Negotiator keen to advance their career. The branch is profitable and ahead of profit target April YTD. The successful applicant will be expected to build on this success and develop the branch to ensure further growth and profitability. The branch was recently refurbished and offers a first class working environment for the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have a proven track record of success and exceptional sales technique
· Have excellent communication and motivational skills
· Be required to coach and develop the existing team and ensure that all employees adhere to company procedures
· Be responsible for building on the current success of the office
. Be pro-active in identifying market trends and ensure activity suited to maximise every opportunity
Previous experience is an advantage but not essential as full training and support will be given.
