Our client is a popular multi office independent estate agency that is looking for a negotiator with successful experience in the industry. This is a company that offers excellent career development and very generous commision rates (some of the highest in the industry). There are many different incentives including quartly bonuses, activity days out and generous rates on Financial Services instructions
A minimum of six months estate agency experience is required. They would also consider a candidate that has lettings experience and would like to break into the sales market. There is a great car allowance on offer so candidates will have access to their own car or have the means to buy a car (allowance to cover costs) + petrol allowance on top.
