Our client is looking for someone who has a very strong work ethic that loves a challenge. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years lettings experience.
Duties will include - Valuing Properties, measuring and photographing them, arranging and accompanying people to view properties, dealing with the general public and new and exsisting landlords, creating new contracts, dealing with management issues and be well spoken and well presented. They must have good grammatical and communication skills and be a great sales person.
A working knowledge of CFP would be a good advantage but not essential.
Must have their own car and hold a current clean UK driving licence.
