
Recruitment & Placement Manager
£30000, £No OTE ote + 28 days holiday including bank holidays
in North London & Manchester
Overview: You will be responsible for recruiting Apprentices onto the programme and then finding suitable paid employment opportunities for them whilst assisting in preparing them for the world of work.
Recruitment;
•To recruit Apprentices onto the programme through interview process
•To engage with local Connexions, schools, training providers and youth organisations
•To attend career and networking events
•To actively support fellow members within your team
•To report Special Selections to the relevant Centre Manager
•To host Open Events as required
•To actively promote in the local community
Placement;
•To engage with local and national employers and seek out paid employment opportunities
•To actively support fellow members within your team
•To report Apprentice and Employer issues to the relevant Centre Manager
•To mentor Apprentices on a 1:1 and group basis in relation to employability
•To visit employers in the work place
•To host Open Events as required
•To develop a network of local employers
Quality
•To ensure consistency in the quality and delivery of the message when engaging with employers
•To liaise closely with your Centre Managers to identify issues related with Apprentices and employers
•To maintain appropriate CRM systems on a daily basis
•To ensure your compliance with business systems and procedures
•To carry out Health and Safety assessments on employers prior to an Apprentice starting work there
•To ensure consistency in the quality and delivery of the message when engaging with youth organisations and young people
