The ideal candidate will be running a profitable multi-unit Estate Agency operation - either Sales or Lettings - or alternatively be running a large transaction volume and highly profitable single unit Estate Agency business. As with the Area Sales Manager roles, candidates will be capable of demonstrating a career history which evidences significant growth in unit productivity of the core areas of their business. These roles will cover 5-8 branches.
