Our Client is looking to recruit a Branch Sales/Lettings Manager for the Crystal Palace branch.
The role will involve being responsible for the effective day to day running of a residential branch in order to maximise income through the sale and rental of property and other related products. Also, to carry out market and rental appraisals in order to secure instructions to sell and let residential property.
The candidate must have experience in the Estate Agency and Lettings market and have the interpersonal skills required to run a highly motivated team of individuals. We will not consider applications from anyone who has not worked in Estate Agency for this role.
Benefits package includes basic pay, car allowance and generous commission scheme and profit bonus
