This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Operations Director, reporting direct to the board, based in the Northern Ireland who will be responsible for managing 25+ branches including Estate Agency, Lettings and Financial Services. This role will suit someone with drive and enthusiasm who will encourage their staff to deliver results and increase market share. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of the Northern housing market and will be able to manage a large sales workforce from financial services as well as the residential staff.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in multi-branch estate agency and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and must be able to motivate their team with the drive and enthusiasm necessary to progress market share as well as introducing new initiatives.
